4.By logging-in, you accept the agreement and agree to adhere to the rules.
Accessing the Israel Programs
After we approve your application, you will be sent a login and password to access the programs. On this page you will see all of the different programs we currently offer. Check back often because we are constantly adding new programs.
Inviting your friends
You can select which programs you think would interest your friends. Once you click on a program, a page will load in which you will find an email to send to a friend, links which can be shared on Social Media and/or posters or flyers to print out. (Not all features are available on all pages yet, but please check later).
When a person responds to your promotion of the program by contacting Lirom Global Education by filling in the ‘I’m interested’ form, or by emailing us, he/she is then known as a ‘Referral’. Referrals must be real people, we must have correct data and they must have consented to be contacted regarding the program. Abuse of the referral system maycause the Ambassador to be banned from Israel Program Ambassador.
It’s important that you only send this information to people who know you referred them. Make sure you use the correct link and highlight to mention you as the person who referred them in order to receive the credit. When Referrals contact us, they might be asked if they know your name. If they don’t know you, you might lose the referral.
The Programs Page
In the programs page, you can see the listing of all programs. By clicking on a program, you can see the email template, posters, images and social media links, which you send to friends, relatives, or acquaintances. Note that our preferred method of tracking is through emails.
For the posters:
please fill in your contact details at the bottom. When people call you for information, you need to confirm they agree to be contacted further about the program and you email their name, email, telephone number, program of interest and your name to email@example.com
You will be asked to fill in the recipient's name, email and telephone number. Writing a personal message increases the likelihood of the recipient responding to the email.
Through the website, you can only send 1 email at a time to 1 person at a time. No Mass emails (no CC, no BCC). When you send the email, your friends will receive an email from you introducing them to the programs. Forwarding the message onwards will remove the referral information, making it less likely you will be rewarded for the referral. Emails must be sent via the Ambassador website to quality for rewards. Sharing on social media must include the promotional link to qualify and your name must be included in the referred-by field of the forms.
(See sample form below)
You can only send to email addresses which have not been used before by other ambassadors for specific programs. The Ambassador system will not allow you to email people who have already received information about the same program.
This user has already received this message!
On social media
, if another Ambassador sent the email to the person directly prior to your post, they get the reward.
Important: No Spamming!
Do not abuse the posting mechanism on social media. People who are reported as spammers may be banned from our system. For instance, sending emails of all programs to the same people, posting about all the programs within the same social media group within a short-time, or repeatedly messaging about the same program to the same people is forbidden.
You may count yourself as one of your Referrals and receive a reward for your registration and participation, only if you bring another participant to any Israel Program.
Account & History
•In My account, you can change your personal details.
•In History, you can see which programs you sent to which friend.
•In the rewards chart, you see the different reward levels, the number of participants you need to reach each level, the dates of reward and program length. Note: content of the reward chart is subject to change as new programs become available and/or places fill up.
Reward levels: there are 4 levels:
If you bring 1-3 participants to Israel, your reward is calculated on a Bronze Level.
From the 4th participant, the reward for the 4th - 6th participants are calculated on a Silver Level
From the 7th participant, the reward for the 7th - 9th participants are calculated on a Gold Level
From the 10th participant, the reward for the 10th or more participants are calculated on a Platinum Level
Groups on organized tours that come to Israel are calculated separately; contact us for details on rewards.
1.The rewards are calculated on specific dates, as stated in the reward charts. Important: Rewards are paid after the participants have started the program.
2.You can send the programs in any order, and the Referral can apply at any time prior to the program start. The rewards are calculated only if the Referral applies and participates in the program. Example: you and two friends you emailed registered to the Start-up MBA, your two younger siblings enrolled to the Israel4teens summer program. If today is May 1 , 2015, you will be awarded two Bronze Level rewards for the Israel4teens participants in September, and in November, you will be awarded one Bronze and two Silver Level rewards for the Start-up MBA.
3.To qualify for a reward, the referral email must be made prior to the applicant paying the application fee for a program. The only exception is if you refer yourself, where you may apply and only after refer yourself and others through the Ambassador System.
4.You can redeem your reward once it appears as available in your account at any time.
5.After 1 year, your reward level is set to bronze and the number count of participants starts at zero.
6.Once you are ready to redeem your reward, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a request to redeem. You will then be prompted to provide payment methods and details. The possible payment methods are: Paypal, Israeli check, and/or American bank transfer.
7.In case of any dispute on the reward, please provide complete detail so we could investigate the issue. Once decided, the company’s decision is final.
8.Rewards terms and condition are subject to change. Additional rewards and tangible incentives may be added.
Refer an Ambassador
In the system you have the option of referring other Ambassadors to apply as Israel Program Ambassadors. Using the link or email found in the system under the ‘Refer Ambassador’ section, you send the information to your friends. Once they apply using your link, they will be recognized as your Ambassador. Once they bring a participant and are rewarded, you will be rewarded $100 per Ambassador. You can only be paid once per Ambassador
